1.1 No Refunds on Downloaded Products Once a digital product, such as a trading chart, has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds. This is because digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same product.
- The product you received is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed.
